Oh, and as you can see in the first picture, I have a little magnet in my hand, which also wasn't easy to get off... But still fun!

Sure, no problem. I had already made the air vortex before I got the book, but it's way bigger than the one in the book. I actually have three of them, two made of plastic flower pots, and one made out of a box.

Yeah... you sure hit the book! And the ferrofluid looks awesome. That pic of you holding it is pretty cool. I'm guessing it was hard to get the fluid off because... well... it was fluid. Can't exactly grab it, right? Looks messy.

2 years ago I got a little ferrofluid desk toy from http://www.czferro.com/ . To this day I cant put it down :)
