Your car's manual should list the fuse placement. If you don't have one, there's one available online at Chevy's website. In it, it says the windshield wipers are number 14 in the engine compartment fuse box.
If you need the windshield wiper/washer switch, that's in the fuse box in the instrument panel on the passenger side.
