Forum Thread: Sense and sensibilty

In a modern society we are encouraged to believe in the governments and imperial systems to help better our lives. We are pushed towards technological advancement on a daily basis and though some eastern cultures have retained their traditions and routines, a lot of who we once were as a race has been lost and locked away from us. We all have the power and capability inside us to do amazing things with our bodies and minds but unfortunately this isnt a general consensus. Too many people would rather bury their head's in the sand rather than deal with the consequence of the world around us. We are the action and the reaction. Why do we not know how to look inwardly? Why is our focus constantly kept off ourselves? Why aren't we in control? Where is all sense and sensibilty?
