Make warm, fresh homemade bread

How to make warm, fresh homemade bread Put a sauce pan on medium heat. Put 1/2 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 3 tablespoons of butter in the pan and heat it up. After it's all melted take the pan off the heat and let it cool. Take a bowl and put 1 1/2 cups of warm water in it. Sprinkle 4 1/2 teaspoons of instant yeast into the water. Next add the melted butter mix into the bowl of water and yeast. Use a mixer with a bread hook to mix the bread mix. Add four cups of flour to the bowl. Then mix it in the mixer until it forms soft dough. Add a little bit of flour to the dough as the mixer continues to knead the dough. Once the bowl is clean and the dough has picked up everything in the bowl let it knead for another 2 minutes. Take the dough out and knead it by hand on a lightly floured surface. Butter a bowl and put the dough into it. Move it around so that the dough gets butter on the dough. Then cover the bowl with a towel. Put the bowl in the oven. Heat it to 325 for one minute and then turn the oven off and leave the dough in the oven to rise. It needs a nice warm place to rise. Let it rise for about an hour until it doubles in size. Take the bowl and punch a hole in the center of the bowl and the dough will deflate. Knead the dough and then cut it in half. Put some flour on the table and use a rolling pin to roll the two loaves into a rectangle. Then start at the end and roll it into a loaf shape. At the end just pinch the end closed. Put the loaves in a greased 5x9 loaf pan and put them back in the oven to rise for another hour. Take them out preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake them for 30 minutes. When they are done you have nice fresh bread to eat.
